Warren Buffett believes that anything over 100% of GDP is an overvalued state for stock market (based on his 1998 interview). But surprisingly, this time he still thinks that markets aren’t frothy (i.e still fairly valued) based on his 2014 interview, guess why he changed his own thinking ??? This is important indicator of leveraged money moving into stock market as any rates much lower than 8% (which is the avg annual USA stock market return) indicate that much incentive for money to be borrowed on debt and put into the USA stock market for virtually risk free return. 30 year rates at 3% since 2011 has provided a huge return for the stock market.
