This is important indicator of leveraged money moving into stock market as any rates much lower than 8% (which is the avg annual USA stock market return) indicate that much incentive for money to be borrowed on debt and put into the USA stock market for virtually risk free return. 30 year rates at 3% since 2011 has provided a huge return for the stock market.
